Honestly, I haven't tested the full extent, some of this stuff just seems best avoided when dating someone who's trying to stay on the straight and narrow. He don't mind the stealing too much, but I ain't about to pile onto the moral conflict.

The bills for the free healthcare and all, I'm sure. [ He says it dryly, almost a joke, but again, without judgement. As long as Len's not hurting anyone or getting Mick into trouble, Piper doesn't actually care that he's not reformed. It makes more sense to him this way, anyway.

The waitress comes back with food and drink refills. Len was right, the service here is excellent. He takes a sip of his drink and a thought occurs to him. ]

You aren't a stingy tipper, are you? Cold in our world always was, even after a big score. Unless he was trying to charm the waitress, which never worked.

Besides, stealing is fun. He's never had any inclination to go without it. It's what he's learned, it's what he's good at.]
